Inspection

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the front door quadrant inner cover (A).

  1. Disconnect the power door mirror connector from the harness.

  1. Apply battery voltage to each terminal as shown in the table and verify that the mirror operates properly.

  1. After inserting the flat-bladed screwdriver or remover as shown in the illustration below, remove the mirror (A) by applying a momentary force.

Warning

  • Wrap the tool with protective tape or cloth to prevent damage to the parts.
  • Do not insert the tool too deeply.
  1. Disconnect the heater connectors (A) and rear corner radar indicator connector (B).

  1. Remove the mirror actuator (A) by using flat-bladed screwdriver or remover after loosening the screw.

  1. Disconnect the mirror actuator connector (A).

Installation

  1. Install in the reverse order of removal.
